In consideration for letting BOOMSLANG ANALYTICS INC. perform personalized research analysis, I hereby release BOOMSLANG ANALYTICS INC., its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability and agree to not raise any claims or institute any legal action against BOOMSLANG ANALYTICS INC., its employees, agents, or representatives based upon any cause of action that arises out of or in connection with my participation with BOOMSLANG ANALYTICS INC. regarding the performance and/or derived outcomes of the offered personalized research analysis services. 

This release shall apply to any personal injury (including death) that I suffer, including, without being limited to, any loss, damage, or injury sustained or allegedly sustained by me due to the negligent acts or omissions of the employees, agents, or representatives of BOOMSLANG ANALYTICS INC. 

I fully understand and assume all of the risks, dangers, and responsibilities connected with BOOMSLANG ANALYTICS INC.
